Applications.– applications should be prepared using both sides of a paper of a4 size in such a way that Nos. 1.0 to 5.0 appear on the 1st page whilst the Nos. 6.0 to 9.0 appear on the 2nd Page. the application could be typewritten but it should be filled in correctly and legibly by candidate’s own handwriting.
