attention is drawn to the public administration circular no: 26/2017 dated 12.10.2017, 26/2017 (I) dated 29.03.2018 and 26/2017(II) dated 03.05.2018 on the above matter.
The deadline given for the registration according to the above circulars is extended as 31.10.2018.
Accordingly further informed to take actions to register on due date making all the officers under you aware formally.
