The Job
• Create awareness among customers about the benefits of using Internet Banking & Mobile Banking services. Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
• Inform and suggest new banking products to customers. – Participate in marketing and awareness campaigns in the bank to create/grow the customer base.
• Channel complex customer complaints and challenges to the right channel for effective resolution.
The Person
• Smart, intelligent and pleasing personality, below 24 years, G.C.E O/L with Passes for all subjects.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills coupled with written and oral communication skills.
