How to apply:

Prescribed application forms and details regarding the above posts (As per the University Grants Commission (UGC) Circular No. 721 dated 21.11.1997 and its amendments) could be obtained from the Deputy Registrar / Administration Division (TP. 033 2226618) during office hours or could be downloaded from the Institute Website: gwai.kln.ac.lk.
Requests for application forms by post should be accompanied with a self-addressed stamped envelope of 23×10 cm in size.
All applications together with copies of relevant certificates should be forwarded to the
Deputy Registrar / Administration Division,
Gampaha Wickramarachchi Ayurveda Institute,
Kandy Road,
Yakkala under registered cover to reach on or before 30.10.2018.
Candidates should submit separate applications for each post applied for.
Applications which do not conform to the requirements, incomplete or illegible applications, applications that are not in the relevant format (not downloaded from the Institute website) or late applications will be rejected. The post applied for should be indicated on the top left-hand corner of the envelope. Applications from employees in Government Departments, Corporations, Statutory Boards, UGC and Higher Educational Institutions should be chanelled through their Heads of Institutions. An advanced copy of such applications should be sent to the above address before closing date. The institute reserves the right to shortlist the candidates. .
