Sri Lanka Scientific Service Interview List Released
In terms of the notification for calling applications for General Competitive Examination for recruitment to the posts of executive grades of all Island services and public service-2021 published in the Gazette No. 2,237 dated 16.07.2021, the relevant examination has been held on 29.07.2023. The result sheets, which were issued on 19.04.2024 to me by the Secretary of the Public Services Commission preparing it so as to include a number of candidates determined by the Public Services Commission for calling for an interview for each vacant post depending on the order of marks out of the candidates, who have passed the examination and exercised their option to join Sri Lanka Scientific Service, are published herewith
It is hereby emphasized that the inclusion of a name in this result sheet does not necessarily mean that the candidate becomes eligible for recruitment to a post in grade III of Sri Lanka Scientific Service. The candidates included in the attached result sheet are called for an interview conducted for verification of qualifications by an interview board approved by the Public Services Commission. Only the number of candidates equivalent to the number of vacancies indicated in the above Gazette out of the candidates, who prove their qualifications at the interview, will become eligible to be recruited to the posts in grade III of Sri Lanka Scientific Service. At such occasions where there are several candidates, who secure equal marks to the last vacancy or last vacancies, the number to be recruited will be determined by the direction given by Public Services Commission.
The date, venue and time for the interview for verification of qualifications will be informed to the relevant candidates in due course.
