Bank of Ceylon proudly presents the ‘Little Picasso’ Art Competition, held in celebration of the Bank’s 85th Anniversary.
The Little Picasso Art Competition is open to preschool/school students aged 2½ years and older, up to those preparing for the G.C.E. A/L exams, as well as school teachers. Applicants can submit their creative drawings on any topic of their preference.
Competition Categories

Terms and conditions:
- Each child can submit only one drawing for the competition.
- A white-mat paper measuring 18″ in width and 14″ in height should be used for the drawing (applicable to students in grade 6 and above, as well as teachers).
If required, students below the age of 10 can use an A3 paper (17″ in width and 11″ in height). - Contestants can use any medium of colour they prefer (Pastels/Watercolours/ Poster Colours or any medium they prefer).
- No borders should be kept around the drawing.
- The application should be filled out accurately and pasted securely to the back of the drawing to ensure it does not come loose.
- The drawing should not be rolled or folded.
- The Bank of Ceylon reserves the final decision on judgment and the competition’s terms and conditions.
- The winner must submit the required documentation to verify the age.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students and teachers (preschool and school), who hold any type of Bank of Ceylon account are eligible to take part in the competition.
- If you don’t have a BOC Account, you can open an account at the time of submission and take part in the competition.
Submit your drawing to the nearest Bank of Ceylon Branch and collect your ‘Little Picasso’ certificate immediately. Drawings will be accepted from August 09th to September 30th at all the Bank of Ceylon branches island-wide.
