The words “Competitive Examination for Recruitment to fill the vacancies in Grade III of Sri Lanka Scientific
Service at the Bandaranayake Memorial Research Institute of the Department of Ayurveda” should appear clearly on
the top left hand corner of the envelope. Further, the name of the examination should be indicated in the English language as
well, on both Sinhala and Tamil application forms.
